About the role
Reporting to Manager Locomotive Maintenance, the BMA Contract Specialist is responsible for all administration, coordination and stakeholder management duties related to the maintenance service agreement with BMA.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and take responsibility for the contract management with BMA
Effectively manage a complex contract to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to successfully deliver outcomes
Measure, monitor and report on contract performance against KPIs
Act as point of contact for all stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective and influential internal relationships
Support projects relevant to the maintenance services agreement
In-depth contract management and negotiation experience essential to success
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in report writing, monitoring of metrics, and data analysis and mining
Ability to identify and implement improvements to drive quality outcomes
